    In addition to our busy sales department Martin Maslin Estate Agents are actively involved in the letting and management of an ever changing portfolio of rental properties across the region.

    We represent locally based landlords and those who live abroad and include owners of multiple properties in addition to those with just a single house, flat or bungalow.

    Our comprehensive Property Management service includes finding and referencing suitable tenants, drawing up Assured Shorthold documentation, preparing a detailed Schedule of Condition of the property and taking hundreds of photographs for use when considering a property's condition at the end of a tenancy, particularly if there is a dispute in respect of a deposit refund. We liaise with suppliers of gas, electricity etc. and make regular inspections of the properties we manage to ensure they are being kept in good order. Our aim is to give our Landlords real peace of mind and to professionally undertake our responsibilities in line with legal obligations and the Code of Practice of the Association of Residential Letting Agents (ARLA).
