In July 2014 we expanded our business to include Estate Agency Sales and Investment Options to landlords. We have recruited a full time senior sales negotiator to ensure we have a dedicated person to look after this section of the business & grow it in the way other Martin & Co branches have done locally. Martin & Co have taken this change to what we offer very seriously and have provided us with a strong business model which means we can offer two services, either a competitive traditional shop service, and an online upfront option at a discounted rate.
