    Gabrielle Clay - Branch Manager
    Gabrielle brings to Martin & Co an infectious passion for property and is an experienced and successful Branch Manager. She has a vast experience of negotiating and valuing, so her knowledge of the town's property market is second to none. Gabrielle has worked her way up to the position of Branch Manager following several years in the property industry. She initially started out as a lettings negotiator, before progressing to become a Valuer and later a Lettings Manager. As a result, she has ample experience across the sector and is trusted by sellers, landlords, buyers and tenants alike. When she is not at work most of Gabrielle's time is spent with her partner and little boy but she always makes time for a cheeky glass of wine.

    Anna Bentley - Sales and Lettings Valuer
    Anna is the fountain of all knowledge when it comes to Lettings, she has worked in the industry for over a decade and has been with Martin & Co for over four years. She has a vast experience of negotiating and valuing in and around Chesterfield and Rotherham, so her knowledge of the town's property market is second to none. Having lived in Chesterfield all her life her local connections are strong and this resonates with the advice she gives clients. In her spare time, Anna is our very own Super Mum and loves spending time doing fun things with her three little ones, who keep her very busy! When she can manage to get a minute to herself she can be found relaxing with friends, usually in a pub garden for one or two!

    Kerry Baker - Client Account Manager
    Kerry draws on over ten years experience with Martin & Co and her NFoPP Technical Award in Residential Lettings and Property Management to efficiently manage landlords accounts, ensuring prompt payment and close management of arrears. Her extensive knowledge of the property portfolio helps Kerry remain very organised, positive and solution-focused. Out of work Kerry loves to play netball and spend quality time with her husband and family in the sunshine with a good BBQ and glass of wine.

    Danielle Boot - Property Consultant
    Danielle is the newest member of the Martin & Co team in Chesterfield, however you are in very safe hands. Danielle has been with us in the Branch for over a year and has taking to the industry like the proverbial duck to water. She is eager to learn and offers an excellent level of customer service making her a hit with everyone all round. During her first year at Martin & Co Danielle has proven her knowledge and skill and has progressed to the role of Portfolio Manager but is always hungry for a new challenge. Outside of work Danielle likes to treat herself to as many weekends away with her partner as possible and is usually gallivanting off Gin in hand.

    William Ball - Lettings Negotiator
    Will is the newest addition to the Martin & Co team in Chesterfield, he brings a great energy and new dynamic to Office. Drawing on his years in retail, Will's customer service is second to none and he is a hit with all that meet him. He has very quickly become our new technological whizz and unfortunately for him, is now the go to guy for any computer related questions! When he does have some free time, Will is an avid Liverpool FC supporter and a bit of a foodie so can be found frequenting local pubs and restaurants.

We had to jump through so many hoops and we lost the first buyer due to matters outside of our control. This was my first house sale so I had many questions/concerns - I felt like i rang them way too much, but they were always happy to speak to me. I could always get through to them (even when they were working from home!) and they were extremely professional, friendly and helpful. I wouldn't recommend anyone else.
