    We have recently moved to larger premises which is located on Ringwood's flourishing High Street right in the centre of town, with Ringwood's historic marketplace on our doorstep and direct access to all major roads.We've been running the office here since 2003 and we are proud winners of the "ESTAS" (estate agents of the year) award. We work closely with the New Milton, Bournemouth and Winchester office's to provide the maximum amount of options available to tenants wishing to live in the area, as well as jointly advertising and sponsoring Bransgore Youth Football Club. We also sponsor Ringwood & Ellingham Rugby Club,  Ellingham Cricket Club and David Lloyd Tennis Teams.

    Director - Darren Loose
    Darren Loose is our Director and has been in the industry for over 6 years, he leads the team with great enthusiasm and passion. Darren is also a Landlord. Hobbies: Playing Golf at Remedy Oak GC and Playing Tennis at David Lloyd Club Ringwood and representing the Club in League Matches as well as playing on the Veterans circuit. His ranking has been as high as 19 in the UK.

    Lettings Manager - Jo Mendham
    Jo Mendham is our Office Manager, Jo has been working in the lettings industry for 8 years, she leads a young vibrant team and is very hungry and motivated for client satisfaction. Her role includes managing the office, accounts and business generation. in her spare time Jo is currently planning for her Wedding in September. Jo also enjoys socialising with her friends and family with the occassional trip to the gym!

    Ben Hume - Property Manager
    Ben Hume is our Our Property Manager. Ben has worked in lettings for 5 years and is extremely knowledgeable when it comes to answering any question on the subject.In his spare time Ben loves to ride his motorcycle and go on tours of the country, he is also a keen gardener (weather permitting!!). Ben loves a challenge, whether it is solving a problem for a landlord, helping a tenant with some maintenance or dealing with new lettings law, you'll find he has the answer to pretty much any question you could ever ask in the world of residential property management. Ben is assisted by Hannah Edwards.

    Adam Sinclair is our heading the launch of our Sales Department with our Director Darren Loose, Adam has had experience with Penyards Country Properties, Lloyds Property Group and Brightwater Projects. In his spare time Adam is a keen Surfer and enjoys playing Tennis and Golf.

    Hannah Edwards - Property Administrator
    Hannah Edwards is our Administrator who assists Ben in running a very efficient Property Management Department. Hannah is an important member of the property management team. Hannah completed a business administration apprenticeship in 2008 and after briefly working for another estate agent Hannah began working for Martin& Co in September 2009 as part of her apprenticeship which she finished in January 2010. Hannah Enjoys spending time with her friends and family especially her niece .Hannah has many interests including going to watch music acts and comedians.
