    Oliver Noble, Head of Lettings and Investments
    Ollie has worked in the lettings, sales & property investment market in Winchester for the past five years and has an extensive knowledge and insight on the local market. Ollie is always keen to build new relationships with Landlords and help them with their next property investment. Ollie is our point of contact for new Landlords & Vendors who are looking to come to the market along with our current clients on the market. When not at work you will most likely find Ollie on a golf course or nestled up in a pub watching the rugby!

    Sue Faulkner, Head of Property Management
    Sue is responsible overall for the Property Management service we deliver to our Landlords. This is achieved by building sound relationships with Landlords and Tenants to optimise long-term occupation, dealing promptly with issues and pro-actively advising Clients when routine maintenance and improvements are required to ensure standards are maintained. An important aspect of the Property Management function is dealing with deposit deductions at the end of the tenancy and negotiating with all parties to ensure properties are returned in a clean and satisfactory standard for re-letting. Sue has also carried out refurbishment projects for Landlord clients which she particularly enjoys. Sue is a keen cook (which is a hobby she share with a number of her colleagues at Martin & Co) so impromptu 'Bake Off' sessions have been known to take place in the office. Sue also loves to pull on her walking boots and get out into the countryside whenever possible, a good hike ending up at a nice country pub is Sue's idea of bliss.

Ellie takes care of our property management and repairs, gas safety certificates, services and maintenance all run swiftly and efficiently.
