    Local owners Andrew and Judi Ramsay have extensive property experience and are able to offer expert advice to Property Investors looking to maximise their rental return.  The Witney office lets, manages and sells properties in Witney, Carterton, Burford, Faringdon, Charlbury, Chipping Norton and the surrounding areas.     In June 2012 the Witney office expanded the business to include sales and investment options to landlords. Having worked closely with buy -to-let investment landlords in West Oxfordshire, offering a sales solution to meet their needs is a natural progression for our business.

    SALES CAMPAIGN

    Martin & Co Witney have now launched a NEW sales campaign after we first started offering different methods of property sales back in June!

    Our refreshingly different campaign offers a traditional sales model or a subscription service with unique 'pick n mix' features.

    Offering a pricing model that threatens to disrupt the traditional 'no sale, no fees' system by not charging sales commission, the 'subscription' style menu will enable sellers to pick and mix the services they want. This gives sellers the option for example to have their property details created, listed on Rightmove, other major portals and Martin & Co's own site, but to do their own viewings, negotiations and sales as they wish.

    Award Winning Martin & Co is expected to roll out a full sales service on September 1 when Ian Wilson, head office managing director, is hopeful of having 1,000 sales properties to list. With 80 offices already operating the sales model having completed their sales training in June, Martin & Co are already well on their way to achieving their goal.

    Martin & Co's long-term strategy is to become a one-stop property shop reflected in brand repositioning with the former "UK's No.1 Letting Agent" becoming 'letting, sales, investment'.

    Witney is just 13 miles from Oxford which boasts a diverse range of clubs, bars, theatres and student attractions. Witney has great road and bus links to Oxford and London which gives our residents the flexibility to live in the stunning Cotswold countryside with a manageable commute in to the bigger cities for work.

    Burford, Charlbury, Chipping Norton & Finstock are also desirable areas with few rental opportunities and properties commanding high rents. Burford has many well known restaurants and nearby Faringdon is a thriving market town. Carterton is also a popular area with an influx of families moving to Brize Norton after the closure of the RAF unit in Lyneham.

    There is plenty to do in the area with the beautiful Oxfordshire countryside just a few miles from Witney's town centre. In Witney itself there are a number of restaurants, cafe's, pubs and clubs offering something different for everyone. The Marriotts Walk shopping complex, which opened in October 2009, boasts a variety of high street stores, 2 well known restaurants, smaller coffee shops and a multi-plex cinema. For children the popular Windrush Leisure Centre, Cogges Manor Farm Museum and Cotswold Wildlife Park  situated just outside Burford will keep all ages entertained.
