    Martin Chander Branch Manager
    Having a Property Asset Management Degree and Bachelor Honors in Science Martin Chander aims to provide the best solution to landlords and tenants for the best interests of their property and tenancies. Being a landlord himself Martin Chander always strives to provide his clients with first hand sales information in order to expand their portfolio. 

    Martin Chander is also Head of Property Management, this entails overseeing the management of properties within our portfolio and ensuring clients are getting the very best out of their investment.

    David Edwards is solely responsible of managing properties within the Martin&Co base. this entails taking on maintenance queries from tenants and being sure to provide landlords with with the most efficient yet effective route going forward for the upkeep and maintenance of their investment.

    Having come from being an apprentice Charlie McDermott very quickly achieved the very best in her apprenticeship and joined Martin&Co as a permanent member of staff. Since then Charlie now leads tenancy renewals, rent guarantees, arrears management, inspections and gas certificates to a high standards achieving great results and outcomes on a regular basis.

      I have been letting a property out through Martin & Co managed services for nearly 2 years now, and am now on the second tenancy agreement. Both times the Manager Martin personally met with me to explain the procedure of letting out my property and made the process very straight forward. Once I completed the paperwork, everything else was dealt with for me - from the viewings to the day the tenant moved in, and I was just emailed copies of all the documents that I needed. When I first joined Martin and Co 2 years ago I did experience a few issues with the staff not dealing with queries to an acceptable standard. However after discussing my concerns with the branch manager I felt he was able to resolve these for me. Recently the company seems to have undergone some changes with its staff employment and I am pleased to be greeted with a professional and helpful service whenever I contact them. The company are continually improving standards and I would recommend their services to landlords. My property was let out very quickly both times, and any issue that arose this with the tenant or rent payments was dealt with efficiently on my behalf.

      i wouldnt say excellent but the result was very good Martin&Co gave me a lovely property and negotiated a good rent for me, they kept in touch until they found me something. having been with other agents i have learnt that if i have to pay a bit extra i can see the difference in what i get. my mom and sister also took a place with em, I had a few probs at the start and I spoke with the manager Martin he helped me through the end and got me exactly what I wanted.
