Michael Ginsberg BSc (Hons) Est Man MRICS FNAEA Senior Partner

Michael Ginsberg is a Chartered Surveyor and Registered Valuer with over 25 years experience in residential and commercial property. He achieved a prize winning first class Honours degree in Estate Management at Kingston University and is a Fellow of NAEA. Having joined the company in 1992, Michael takes overall responsibility for the firm and combines his skills in professional practice and business on a daily basis. Specialising in residential and commercial valuation, he has broad experience in property management, residential agency, landlord and tenant and property investment advice. He has experience as a trustee and an executor. Michael lives with his young family in Shalford and, when time allows, enjoys sailing and walking, holidays with his family and running to keep fit.

Born in Australia, Mark emigrated to the UK in 2003. He joined Meldrum Salter Edgley in 2007 after working for a local corporate letting agency. Having gained considerable experience, local knowledge and demonstrating huge enthusiasm, Mark is now working as Manager in the Lettings Department.

Mark has a great sense of humour, enjoys spending time with his family, playing football for a local team, reading and mountain biking.

Debbie Bushell Head of Residential Property Management

Debbie brings 12 years valuable property industry experience to her role as Head of Residential Property Management. She started building this in 1999 when she worked as a Property Manager for Mann and Co Estate Agents and, most recently, she worked again for 2 years as a Property Manager with Countrywide successfully completing the NFoPP qualification in Lettings and Property Management. Between these two posts in Property Management, she worked as a legal assistant and conveyancer for well known solicitors here and in Portsmouth - including Kidd Rapinet in Farnham and GCL Solicitors in Guildford, where she was the reservations department manager. The combination of property experience, people management and the attention to detail required in the legal roles gives her a unique skill set which is ideal for the position she holds with the firm. In amongst all of this Debbie has found time to bring up her three children as a military wife and she lives locally in Ash Vale.

Philip joins Meldrum Salter Edgley as a Lettings Negotiator in Guildford having previously worked within the estate agency industry. He has a great deal of experience within a customer service role and provides a high quality of service. Having attended college and worked in Surrey for the past few years, Philip has a good knowledge of the area.

Participating and following sport is just one interest; he also enjoys travelling and has been to Australia, New Zealand and Singapore. He also likes to socialise with friends and family.

After finishing her A-Levels at the Sixth Form College, Farnborough, Gemma moved into retail as a Customer Service Associate. She now joins the Guildford Lettings Department as the Lettings Administrator.

Gemma enjoys music, cooking, keeping fit and is looking to become a member of MENSA one day, having been tested at 15 with an IQ of 125.

Following a career in travel, Kim (having always had a passion for property) began working for a local estate agents at the weekends. Kim joined Meldrum Salter Edgley in 1998 and is now working in the Lettings department as an Administrative Assistant.

Kim enjoys travelling abroad, aerobics, swimming and reading as well as spending time with her three grown up children.

Clair joined Meldrum Salter Edgley in 2005 as a Lettings Assistant (Weekend) to fit in with looking after her family. Clair comes from a property background and prior to starting her family, worked for many years in Guildford in a Property Department as a Legal Executive, which included the letting and management of commercial properties.

Clair enjoys reading, walking and spending time with her family.

Judith originally joined the Sales department as a Sales Assistant in September 2006, and then moved across to the Lettings department as a Lettings Negotiator in 2007. The part time hours fitted in well with looking after her family. Judith comes from an insurance background and subsequently spent many years working with children.

In her spare time Judith enjoys pub quizzes, walking and spending time with her family and friends.

Simone joined Meldrum Salter Edgley in 2005 as a Lettings Assistant (Weekend), fitting work around her family. Simone comes from a Sales and Marketing background in the Travel Industry and the Mayfair/City of London Office Property Market.

In her spare time she enjoys Pilates, dancing, walking and spending quality time with her family and friends.

Sue joined Meldrum Salter Edgley and the Property Management team in February 2013, having previously worked for seven years in the Lettings Department.

She brings a wealth of knowledge and experience from both a Landlord and Tenants point of view.

In her spare time Sue enjoys walking her two dogs, Alfie and Charlie, and modernising her period cottage.

Having completed 12 years with Britannia Airways, latterly as Cabin Manager, Coral has travelled widely; including spending 2 years living in Singapore, where she worked for a relocation consultant and the Singapore Tourist Board. Amongst her other achievements, she set up and ran a successful business in Chobham selling local arts and crafts and has had recent experience in Property Management with a small firm in Woking.

Coral lives in Woking with her family and enjoys horse riding, swimming to keep fit and photography.

Stuart joined Meldrum Salter Edgley in late 2012 and has since utilised the experience and skills gained in his role as Property and Facilities Manager in the Commercial property sector, to make the smooth transition into Residential Property Management. Stuart is also a member of the BIFM (British Institute of Facilities Management).

Stuart's earlier career was spent in IT, where he worked as an Operations Manager for a number of corporations, based in Dubai, Bahrain and Qatar. He then changed careers and moved to Spain with his family where he set up and ran his own swimming pool maintenance business for many years.

Having recently moved to Ash Green, with his wife, Stuart enjoys tennis and walking in his spare time and as a seasoned traveller has visited some of the more exotic worldwide island destinations.

A Partner since 1992, Peter manages Residential Sales across the Meldrum Salter Edgley offices; he also deals in land and new homes. Prior to this, Peter specialised in country homes working for a large corporate firm in south west London and Surrey. Peter's extensive knowledge of the industry and local area are crucial to our success.

Peter has held key appointments across the local community including a School Governor post as Committee Chair, sitting on the Board of Directors and as a Business Advisor for Young Enterprise West Surrey. He is also a board member of local housing charity, Guildford Sunset Homes.

Peter lives in Merrow with his wife and enjoys many sporting activities including mountaineering, cycling, sailing and golf. He was also a member of the Transglobe Expedition led by Sir Ranulph Fiennes.

Neville has worked in the property industry since leaving Coventry University, including renovating a flat in Chelsea Harbour and working for a company that supplied furniture to elite properties in and around London. He also has editorial and copywriting experience with published material in the motoring, design and furniture arenas.

Neville will build on his previous estate agency experience and knowledge of the Guildford area to enhance the Guildford team.

Neville plays competitive league badminton and also enjoys tennis, mountain biking, skiing, hiking and climbing. He also takes a keen interest in motorsport and the motoring industries.

Our longest serving member of staff having worked for the firm since 1991, Bruce is a key part of the Residential Sales team at Guildford and is involved with buyers, viewings, sales progression and numerous administrative functions to ensure that the department runs smoothly. Clients and purchasers comment very positively on their experience in dealing with someone with such a wealth of experience in the property market. Bruce lives in East Horsley and enjoys travelling (particularly in Scandinavia) history and cricket.

Kate has broad estate agency experience across Surrey; she has worked, over the last ten years, for household-name firms in Weybridge, Walton on Thames, Guildford, Godalming and Merrow. She joins us from the recruitment industry dealing with senior hospitality positions with leading international hotel groups.

Kate has lived in the Guildford area all her life, attending local schools including George Abbot. Most of her spare time is spent with her daughter and she also likes to walk her scruffy Lagotto dog, Dinah!

Lesley has worked as a Sales Negotiator (Part-Time) for Meldrum Salter Edgley since 2002.

Working for a small independent estate agency in Norbury in 1977, she began as a trainee, building her experience and knowledge. Since then Lesley has had three children, but she continued to work part-time; first for Furmston and Partners, then Hamptons, and now Meldrum Salter Edgley.

Lesley and her family live locally in Holmbury St. Mary. Lesley loves the countryside and has her own horse 'Wilbert'. Aside from riding, she enjoys meeting up with friends and family, gardening, dog walking, reading and spending time with her new granddaughter.
