      Here at Melvyn Danes we manage a comprehensive computerised mailing list - shared by every one of our branches.

      We can contact you however you would like us to? By email, text, telephone or post - we can make sure you receive information on suitable properties the moment they become available.

      Use to contact us tab and send us your name and address information, along with your email and search criteria and we can register you immediately.

      We have a couple of tips for all buyers -

      Do not be too specific or set in your ways! Keep your search criteria loose or you might miss out on your ideal home. Many buyers begin with a very rigid list of what they want - and by the time they buy a property they have very much relaxed their own ideas about what they wanted!

      Get out and view! There is no doubt of the importance of the internet and the information it can give us; but nothing replaces the feeling that you get when you enter a building! Do not rely too much on the photographs taken by the selling agent - go along and make up your own mind.

      Ask questions! If something is on your mind, talk to the estate agent! Here at Melvyn Danes we don't believe we would never have been asked it before, so whatever the question or however silly you think it may be - ask away!
