  After a few valuations of our house from different estate agents we decided to use Merryweathers, whist they are not the cheapest on the market they were the most friendly,proffesional and worked incredibly hard from first valuation to sale completion. When I meet Nichola I was very impressed with her down to earth touch and her extensive knowledge of the market in our area and I was confident that she would us get a number of viewings and literally hours after the house went on the market we had 2 viewings booked in, one of which offered and was accepted. Both me and my wife were absolutely delighted with the photographs and the write up of our house as it reflected it in the best light whist retaining its honesty (no silly airbrushing or color enhancement).
