    Permitted payments from 1st June 2019

    Before the tenancy starts (payable to Messila Residential 'the Agent')
    Holding Deposit: 1 week's rent - this will go towards your first month's rent
    Deposit: 5 weeks' rent if the annual rent is under £50,000 or 6 weeks' rent if the annual rental is £50,000 and above

    During the tenancy (payable to the Agent)
    Payment of up to £50 plus VAT if you want to change the tenancy agreement during your tenancy

    Payment of interest for the late payment of rent at a rate of 3% above the current 'Bank of England' interest rate (which currently stands at 0.75%)

    Payment for the reasonably incurred costs for the replacement loss of keys/fobs/security devices, costs of which will be shown on the receipts provided to the tenant.

    Payment of any unpaid rent or other reasonable costs associated with your early termination of the tenancy

    During the tenancy (payable to the provider) if permitted and applicable
    Utilities - gas, electricity, water

    Communications - telephone and broadband

    Installation of cable/satellite

    Subscription to cable/satellite supplier

    Television licence

    Council Tax

    Other permitted payments

    Any other permitted payments, not included above, under the relevant legislation including contractual damages.
