    Michael Everett & Company is a family firm which started trading over 55 years ago in Epsom.

    We have one of the largest and most experienced teams of letting negotiators and property managers in the area. We offer a service tailored to individual client needs, from letting only to full property management. We aim to combine old fashioned standards of service with modern technology, to give our clients the best of both worlds.

    Our partners are members of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) and are bound by their strict rules and regulations. This also ensures that clients' money is protected in separate accounts audited by RICS.
