    Steve heads up the commercial team at Michael Jones and has nearly 15 years experience in the industry having worked previously for a local land and commercial property agency. Since forming Michael jones commercial in 2006 Steve has helped grow the company and was made a director in 2010. Steve can be regularly seen at local networking events and has founded the Sussex Property Alliance , a forum for developers and property professionals. 
    Steve lives in Hove with his girlfriend and interests include skiing, Crossfit, golf and exotic holidays abroad!

    Jon Justice, Assistant Manager
    Jon is the assistant manager in our commercial department and is based at the Chapelworth House suite in Worthing town centre. Jon joined Michael Jones in January 2008 as a junior negotiator and has worked his way through to his current role. Before joining Michael Jones & Company, Jon worked for a property management company in Hove and has a wealth of experience dealing with all commercial matters from sales and lettings through to acquisitions. Jon has lived in Worthing his entire life and is married with a young daughter. Outside of work he has a passion for football and coaches a local youth side, and also following Sheffield Wednesday Football Club.

    Mikael Goldsmith, Commercial Negotiator
    After attending Lancing College Mikael started his career at 17 helping manage an online retail company in the local area. At age 20 he moved to Dubai in pursuit of warm weather and a bright future in Real Estate. Realising after a year of being in the Gulf that the property market in the UK has so much to offer; he decided to repatriate. After arriving home he was afforded the opportunity to work for Michael Jones commercial department in Worthing. 
    Mikael leapt at the chance to become part of what he feels is the strongest Estate Agents in the area.

    Emma has worked for Michael Jones for 19 years, joining the practice in 1994 after a year's training at a local surveyor's office and having completed levels 2 and 3 business admin NVQ's. Emma joined Michael Jones as an office secretary amongst three staff and has worked alongside Mike helping to grow the company ever since, and is now company secretary. Emma is married and has one daughter . She enjoys family time, socialising with friends and cooking.
