    When you book a viewing with Michael Tuck Estate Agents we will confirm by telephone or email the date, time, address and who will be conducting the viewing.

    You will also receive an email with a copy of the property details or we will bring a set along to the viewing.

    We aim to accompany all viewings with a knowable and trained member of staff who will meet you outside the property at the allotted time.

    After the viewing, normally the following day, we will also call you to find out what you thought and how you got on with the viewing.

    It is essential that you make the most of your viewing to ensure that you are informed as much as possible prior to making an offer.

    1. Drive past the property beforehand
    Even before the viewing and if you can it is always worth driving past property. By driving past the house and around nearby the streets allows you to get a feel for the property and the neighbourhood.

    Make a list of things that are important to you and any questions that you want to ask before the house viewing.

    We recommend that you print off and use our viewing checklist which will help make sure that you don't miss anything during the viewing.

    Go with your partner or take a friend with you. A second pair of eyes could be very handy. It's also great to have someone to bounce ideas off and have an alternative opinion.

    Matt was born and brought up in Gloucester, there's very few people he doesn't know in our fair City! His enthusiasm is infectious and knows no bounds, at 6`5" he's a real charmer and a natural salesman. Having started with the company back in 2013 he has worked his way up through the ranks & absolutely loves his job!! 

    In his spare time Matt can be found playing football at least three times a week.

    James Russell - Assistant Branch Manager
    James is the most recent addition to our team here in Quedgeley. He started selling property at the age of 16 as an apprentice in Cheltenham. He has fantastic people skills, exceptional residential property knowledge and is a real grafter.

    Sue is another long serving member of staff and joined Michael Tuck way back in the early nineties as a Saturday assistant. 

    Gloucester born and bred, she then progressed to become a full time sales negotiator initially at the Gloucester City Centre branch. Following the birth of her daughter in 2003 Sue opted to go part time and works as a sales negotiator three days a week.

    Robert has been involved with the estate agency and lettings business in Gloucestershire since 1988 and joined Michael Tuck & Company in 1996. In 2000 his work has been in residential lettings and has been based in the Quedgeley office since 2005. Over the years he has built up a great deal of knowledge and experience in the local area which has proved invaluable in expanding and maintaining a very successful lettings office.
