      Living in New Zealand having left the UK 9 years ago I needed an estate agency that I could really trust. I had let out my property with a 'big name' agency and was appalled when I returned to the UK to check it to find it a complete mess with £££'s knocked off a potential selling price. Never the less, they are about the biggest name in Colchester/Harwich/Clacton so I got them to give me a valuation - stick it on the market for £395,000 they said. I went for a second opinion after getting a referral for a friend. More's had a valuation done in super quick time - £465,000. Because of the speed of service and great communications I went with them. Within no time I had two offers and my house sold just a couple of months later for £470,000. I put in the prices because people might think that the less know agencies only deal with less expensive houses - these guys were brilliant! I highly recommend them to anyone wanting to sell a property - honest, upfront, straight talking and first class operators. Take it from me, you will not do better.
