We are passionate about property and enjoy what we do, both because of the wide variety of property that we deal with, and the often fascinating encounters we experience with both Vendors & Purchasers. We try to be straight forward and uncomplicated in the manner in which we conduct our business.

We live and work in a beautiful corner of England, and as the pace of life becomes increasingly hectic, many more people from the south-east of England & other urban environments are looking to move to counties like Herefordshire and the Welsh Marches. Whilst it was once primarily early retired people that moved to this area, the range now embraces the complete age spectrum, the Broadband Revolution facilitating this transition. Our experienced staff, local knowledge, and contacts acquired over decades, enable us to give down-to-earth and unbiased advice to those who don’t know the area so well. Which are best schools, well served villages etc.

We like to treat everyone in the manner in which we would wish to be dealt with. Our multi-picture glossy brochures are much admired, and include comprehensive floor plans, which together with the EPC (Energy Performance Certificate), are all included in the fee, as are all normal advertising & other expenses.

Our Auction Department holds frequent Property and Antique Auctions, and we undertake a wide variety of Estate Management & Farming related Professional work. We also Let & Manage Residential & Agricultural Property and operate a Building Society Agency for the Stroud & Swindon Building Society (recently acquired by Coventry Building Society).
