Sharon Canning started Move On Rentals on the 1st June 2006 with a small portfolio of properties and one employee.
Sharon brought with her a wealth of experience, knowledge and expertise of the Industry spanning nearly 30 years.
Since its conception, Move On have grown from strength to strength to a portfolio of nearly 300 properties, 10 members of staff, bigger premises and three branded cars!

Why we are known as The Lettings Specialists.In 2011 Move On was shortlisted to the top 10 Employer of the Year and Top 5 small business award. Sharon Canning was also shortlisted to Top 5 Entrepreneur of the Year. Locally, Move On are the Question and Answer expert for House magazine, present a power point presentation at a Property Investors meeting each month, hosts a 2 hour radio show on Property Matters every month, and since March 2013 produces and presents a weekly radio show on Hopefm with an array of guests all linked to the property industry.
Move On like to be seen as being the expert and always keeping ahead in the Industry.

Why we do it well.The ethos behind Move On is always to strive to make our landlords and tenants feel special, to create great, professional working relationships in a relaxed and fun environment. Tenants should feel as an agency they can trust us to sort out any issues quickly and efficiently and I want Landlords to feel exactly the same as well as knowing the legal aspect of their responsibility, to receiving their rent on time and dealing with legal paperwork accurately. -

Landlord to Landlord Sales2011 marked the year of Landlord to Landlord Sales, presently we are the only national Estate Agency who specialises in selling tenanted properties. We match outgoing landlords with incoming landlords, thus saving void periods, loss of income and tenants having to move out. This has been widely applauded and won the DOTCOM award in 2011. -

Second Homes ManagementMove On Elite was created in 2012 specialising in overseeing local second home properties for basic needs such as a key holder that includes emergency call outs to property management where we will visit the property weekly and stock basic food in the fridge to cleaning and changing of bed linen.
