Each week the property will be advertised in the local newspaper and you will receive a weekly email update of leads received, viewings and potential tenants.

As a company we also guarantee that EVERY phone call we receive regarding a property is followed up. Every missed phone call is redialed and every phone message is replied to, we make sure we maximize all the leads we receive.

This allows us to rent properties more quickly than other letting agents, since we list properties more quickly and follow up on more leads.

We also do thorough tenant vetting through credit checks, rental histories, guarantors and unique home visits, to see the current condition of a prospective tenant’s property. This we find gives us a real insight into the quality of the tenant which no other vetting tool can provide.
