    Neill Clerk have over 30 years experience renting properties in Inverclyde and the surrounding areas.  Our experienced Leasing Manager oversees the marketing and management of our rental properties.  Our leasing staff have all completed the Chartered Institute of Housing Level 3 Certificate in Letting and Managing Residential Property. 

    Neill Clerk are registered as a Letting Agent with the Scottish Government to comply with the regulations which came into force in 2018. We are a member of the Council of Letting Agents and Scottish Association of Landlords. 

    All rental properties are advertised online, through the main social media channels and displayed in our busy office. We will conduct all viewings and once an acceptable tenant is secured we will prepare the lease agreement and all necessary paperwork. Following this we can manage the ongoing rental.

    Prior to marketing we will visit the property to offer advice to ensure you understand/comply with the current legislation and Private Residential Tenancy Agreements. 

    We will prepare an accurate description and marketing materials for your property. All properties are advertised through our busy high street office and online with Rightmove, Onthemarket, plus S1 Homes to maximise interest. We will further promote your rental property through all the main social media channels.

    We will conduct all viewings and supply feedback.  Once a tenant is secured will prepare the lease agreement and all necessary paperwork. We offer both tenant find and fully managed options for your ongoing rental.
