    Ben Oglesbee - Managing Director
    Ben has worked in the industry since 2003 and offers a wealth of local knowledge and experience in the buying & selling of property. Ben joined Newton Fallowell in 2009 having previously worked for another established local agent, and soon became a Director of the Boston branch before going on to open the Spilsby & Horncastle offices with his business partner Matt Holland. Ben oversees the day to day running of the branch, as well as specialising in the areas of valuation, sales negotiation and sales progression. Outside of work, Ben is an avid Manchester United fan and enjoys spending time with his son, going to the gym and socialising with friends, as well as having a keen interest in property having previously completed his own self-build and renovation projects.

    Matt Holland - Managing Director
    Matt joined Newton Fallowell in 2009 as a Sales Negotiator in the Boston office having previously worked for a large independent agent and has been in the industry for most of his working life. He is now a Director of the Boston & Spilsby branches and specialises in the valuation of property and sales negotiation. Matt says he has seen it all in estate agency - most notably, finding someone asleep in the property he was carrying out a viewing on. It later turned out the lady had broken in to the property! Outside of work, Matt enjoys watching and participating in a variety of different sports, particularly football, and also enjoys Formula One.

    Chloe Webster - Sales Manager
    Chloe is one of our longest serving team members having joined us in 2013 and offers an abundance of industry experience. Chloe oversees all sales transaction for the Boston, Spilsby & Horncastle branches. Previous to working in estate agency Chloe worked in the travel industry for a large corporate travel agent. She still demonstrates the high level of customer service skills and attention to detail she learnt in her early days and this is often proven with the amount of flowers and chocolates she receives from happy clients. In her spare time Chloe enjoys getting away and travelling as much as possible along with spending time with her family in Wales.

    Chris Spiller - Senior Valuer / Negotiator
    Chris has worked in the industry since 2001 and, as such, has a wealth of knowledge and experience in all aspects of the buying and selling of residential property. Having lived in Boston all of his life, there's not much Chris doesn't know about the local area meaning he is able to offer client's the very best in local knowledge and point them in the right direction. Day-to-day Chris is either visiting client's homes providing valuations or in the office negotiating sales whilst out of work you might find Chris on the local golf course or enjoying a beer with friends and family.

    Elliot Pogson - Sales Negotiator
    Elliot joined the team in February 2019 having previously honed his estate agency skills with a large corporate agent. His move away from the corporate world was fuelled by his desire to think outside the box when trying to find the best possible way to help his clients. His great work ethic means he can often be found accompanying viewings with clients out of office hours. Away from the office Elliot plays competitive football and like most guys his age, enjoys spending time with friends and having a few beers.

    Faith Naylor - Sales Progressor
    Faith joined the team in 2017 having previously enjoyed a successful career in the motor industry. She has quickly become a valuable member of the team and has transferred her fantastic customer service skills over to estate agency making her a favourite with clients. Faith works across our 3 offices - Boston, Spilsby & Horncastle - managing the after sales service to ensure that all properties sold proceed to a satisfactory completion.

    Heidi Perkins - Branch Administrator
    Heidi has worked for Newton Fallowell since 2006 and has over 20 years' worth of experience in the industry. She has proven to be an invaluable asset to both the Boston and Spilsby branches of Newton Fallowell. She is responsible for all administrative duties from creating property brochures through to the production of local adverts and managing the accounts. When she is not working, Heidi loves doting on her dog Bernie and keeping fit, frequently running four miles a day!

      My mother sold her bungalow in order to migrate to Australia. For an elderly single lady this prospect was daunting but the team at Newton Fallowell, primarily Ben, was terrific from beginning to end.

      Firstly, Ben provided honest advice in relation to pricing in order to achieve the best price whilst ultimately selling the property in the shortest possible period. My mother was comfortable dealing with Ben who explained pricing structures and was wholly transparent with contracts. Further more, throughout the process he provided feedback and answers promptly in order to avoid any uneccessary stress. The photos were excellent and the resulting sale was delivered (subject to contract) within 8 weeks with a price above my mother's expectation, which was a fantastic result.
