    Newton are a large progressive owner managed Glasgow based letting agency run by its Managing .Director,  Stephen O'Neill who has 40 years experience in housing.

    Started in 2000 we rent over 500 homes in the Glasgow area with a strong focus on the West End and City Centre. Newton enjoys sector leading occupancy levels and manages only good quality homes from £350 per month to £4000 per month.

    Stephen has worked in housing all his life. He is perceived by many as the West of Scotland letting expert and consequently is frequently consulted by newspapers, TV and radio. Stephen owns and runs the business on a day to day basis.

    Paul and Stephen work closely managing and guiding Newton. Paul handles all new business and helps new landlords advising them on marketing, rental value, legislation etc.

    Gemma runs the letting office. She co-ordinates all staff ensuring repairs, lease extensions, legislation requirements are all in order.

    James is our full time inventory person. He checks out all our homes, ensures they are ready for move ins and prepares thorough and detailed inventories.

    A careful and precise person and great at dealing with issues at 'lease end'
