    Karen, Douglas and the team have over 100 years' combined experience in the industry having worked in senior positions for several large Estate Agents across the West of Scotland. With this experience, Karen and Douglas have seen what does and doesn't work when helping people to buy and sell homes, and have taken this knowledge to develop and grow their own Estate Agency.
