    For those owners who wish to keep hold of their properties to use as an additional income source or for future investment purposes; we have a variety of property management services available.  These range from the traditional to our highly popular Guaranteed Rent service.

    What is Guaranteed Rent?

    In a nutshell 'hassle free letting'.  You receive fixed monthly payments regardless of whether the property is 'let' or 'vacant' and even if the tenant stops paying. We offer a minimum 12 month contract during which we manage every aspect of the tenancy.  There are absolutely no fees, commissions or hidden extras to pay.  The key difference between Guaranteed Rent and more traditional services is that it is a contractual agreement between us and you (the landlord) in which we, effectively, become your tenant.  It's the perfect 'let and forget' solution.

    Considered amongst some of those in the know as one of England's best kept secrets; Beverley is a gorgeous English market town almost straight out of a movie set.  The secret is starting to get out however; with the town having been voted in the Sunday Times' top 10 best places to live in Yorkshire and the North East and a prestigious first place in the Royal Bank of Scotland's' Affordable Affluence League Table.

    Easily it's most impressive monument and the jewel in Beverley's crown is the Beverley Minster.  Larger than a third of all English Cathedrals and regarded as a Gothic masterpiece by many, the Minster is simply awe-inspiring.  On a much smaller scale but no less iconic is the North Bar; the only remaining section of Beverley's town walls that remain, having been built in brick in the early 15th century to protect the towns populous from the unstable political manoeuvrings of the time.

    One of the other key places a new visitor to the town must see is the "Saturday Market" town square; a large and open space in the centre of town, fringed with boutique shops and bustling eateries.  As the name suggests there is a market every Saturday, which is large and impressive and is the focal point of many of the towns other events such as the Festival of Christmas and the British Cycling's Elite Circuit race through the towns cobbled streets.

    A short walk from the town centre takes you onto Beverley's Westwood pasture and the Beverley Racecourse which every year also hosts the Beverley Folk Festival.

    Beverley has a rosy future with more investment to the town coming in the form of a major new retail and entertainment complex, with plans in place for a multi-screen cinema, a Premier Inn hotel, Debenhams and college campus expansion amongst many other quality retail and leisure units.

    A beautiful town in a beautiful part of the country that many visitors fall instantly in love with.
