We are a family run business with an established reputation for high quality properties and service excellence. Our lettings service is founded on solid values and ethics; we do what we say we are going to do, we do it promptly and to the best of our ability.
Adavo has invested heavily in our systems, software and processes to ensure we have the best foundation to respond to your requirements quickly. All enquiries are dealt with inside the hour and we monitor response times so that every item is chased to its maximum end in that day. When we see that response time dropping we increase staff levels to keep the quality high.
Our company structure allows specialisation in sales and admin. The sales team are actively engaged in driving viewings, finding new tenants and striving to keep the total occupancy rate high. Behind the scenes Adavo’s experienced admin team ensure that the paperwork is in order; registering deposits, arranging certification, and promptly booking in all maintenance work to keep current tenants happy.
The best thing about us is how much we care; that’s what drives us to keep getting better, increase standards and deliver for our landlords and tenants alike.
Adavo is a member of the Property Ombudsman for lettings as well as NALS – the national approved lettings scheme. We are an accredited Safe Agent, have a client account for all rents and use the Deposit Protection Service (DPS).
