    The internet is now the most powerful tool an estate agent has at its disposal, so it is imperative that your property has maximum online exposure. We will market your property on our website and on the top property portals.

    Step 4: Arranging Viewings and Delivering Feedback
    We will contact you via phone, text message or email to arrange viewings that are convenient for you. Feedback from viewings is an essential part of the selling process, we will keep you informed.

    Q: Who conducts the viewings? How does the viewings process work?

    A: A nu-move property expert will host the viewings where applicable (depending on the fee option the vendor has purchased), at all other times the vendor will conduct their own viewings.
