    Our view is that a successful letting is one that you never have to deal with. Our lettings team will take care of everything, giving you peace of mind. Whether it's looking after your home or maximising the return on your investment, we will take the time to get it right for you. The test of a good agent is when things go wrong but with the O'Malley Lettings team, any challenges are dealt with quickly and efficiently.

    As with Property Sales, we promote your property through our website and leading property portals and letting websites.

    We offer a range of services for landlords, which allows you to decide the level of support you require. Our full management service covers all aspects from maintenance to marketing. Alternatively, we can offer a tenant service, whereby we will find suitable tenants on your behalf, while allowing you to keep you control of your tenancy in all aspects of management.

    Additionally, we will create a Property File account for you. Property File is a dedicated property service where you can manage your account. You can track payments and invoices, check on maintenance progress and access all relevant tenancy information.

    As a tenant, you can report any issues, using our reporting tool. Once the issue is logged you can then track the progress of the solution.
