    Bexhill branch
    Oakfield opened our doors in Bexhill in March 2010 and we pride ourselves on our wealth of in-depth local knowledge in addition to our awareness of the market.

    We have a large, vibrant office located in a prime position on the corner of Sackville Road in the town center of Bexhill.

    We have a highly experienced, dedicated team based in Bexhill who are able to understand the individual needs of our clients whether you are selling, buying, letting out your property or looking to rent a new home.

    We take training very seriously all of our staff members are either qualified or studying for their NAEA (National Association for Estate Agents) or ARLA (Association for Residential Letting Agents).

    Chloe Fox, Branch Manager
    Chloe joined Oakfield in July 2011. Chloe is a fully qualified member of the Association of Residential Letting Agents (ARLA) and was our Customer Service Award winner in both 2014 and 2015 as well as Letting Negotiator of the Year in 2014. In her role of Branch Manager Chloe is responsible for the day to day running of the office, she is extremely organised and enjoys dealing with people building up a rapport with Clients.

    There is very little about Estate Agency Phil doesn't know, having worked for a corporate competitor for many years Phil joined the Oakfield team in late 2016. He brings with him a wealth of experience and knowledge as well as passion for property and the drive and determination that makes him and excellent marketing consultant. Phil is responsible for carrying out all of our Sales Marketing Proposal Meetings and works closely with Susan when it comes to tying up sales.

    Joining Oakfield mid-2017, having worked for a local competitor Andy brings with him a wealth of both sales and lettings experience, he is a highly motivated and enthusiastic member of staff, and loves meeting clients and assisting them in their search for their new home! He prides himself with outstanding customer service, and will always go above and beyond to ensure the sale is agreed. Andy is currently studying to complete his Level 3 Technical Award in Residential Sales.

    Oakfield's Apprentice of the Year 2016 Lucy joined us in the Summer of 2016. Starting out as an Apprentice in our Eastbourne branch Lucy quickly showed herself to be a dedicated member of staff and February 2017 saw her step into the role of Lettings Negotiator in our Bexhill branch. Lucy will work closely with Charlotte carrying out the viewings as well as assisting Tenants with the moving in process.
