    Oakfield opened our Eastbourne branch in 2008 as Oakfield expanded out of Hastings following the start of the company in 1996. The High Street branch is located on Cornfield Road in the heart of the town.

    Our team within the branch are experts in their field when it comes to Lettings whether you are a Landlord with one property or a whole portfolio you can be sure your property is in the best hands!

    Richard Snatt MNAEA, BA Hons - Branch Manger
    Richard has worked in the property industry since 2008 and joined Oakfield in 2010 taking on the role of sales negotiator in our newly opened Bexhill branch. During his time at Oakfield he has progressed through the company most recently stepping into the role of branch manager. Richard, is a people person with an excellent knowledge of both sales and lettings and is a member of the National Association of Estate Agents.

    Rebecca joined the team in 2015 stepping into the role of Branch Administrator, her organisation skills are second to none and she is a huge asset to the team.     Lauren has worked in Estate Agency since 2000, having worked for competitors in Eastbourne, Polegate, Shoreham and Seaford before joining Oakfield in 2009 to open the Eastbourne branch. She then took a career break to start a family and has re-joined our Eastbourne team as Sales Marketing Consultant. Lauren is a member of the National Association of Estate Agents and has completed their Diploma in Residential Sales. Her knowledge of Estate Agency and the Eastbourne area are outstanding, and she prides herself on offering the highest level of customer service.

    Kate Plows - Property Manager
    Kate stepped into the role of property manager in 2016 having joined Oakfield after working in retail and customer care for 10 years. Kate deals with any maintenance issues that arise from our lettings properties liaising with Landlords, Tenants and Contractors to get the issue resolved in a timely manner. As well as this Kate carries out mid-term inspections on our properties and ensure all properties have the necessary certificates to be compliant with legislation.
