Ruth is the newest member to our lettings team, bringing with her vast experience from within the public sector. Ruth's role is dedicated to managing all property maintenance issues that may arise throughout a tenancy ensuring expedient response to any emergencies, as well as protecting the landlords financial position and asset. Ruth is also responsible for ongoing visits to our managed portfolio.

That's where you can be certain Tracie will be on hand to meticulously monitor financial matters, particularly where the Landlord is concerned.
