    At Ocean, we've been selling homes in Bristol since 1983. From our first tiny office on Gloucester Road, we've grown steadily over the years, and today we have eight estate agency offices across the city, as well as five letting offices.

    Ocean is an estate agent with a difference. To begin with, we're much more than just an estate agent.     We acquired our Filton office in 1998 when a large corporate chain decided that Filton was not the market for them. Since then it has gone from strength to strength, selling the majority of houses & apartments in Filton & Filton Park, Horfield, Southmead & Lockleaze.     Step 2 - Marketing your home

    Once we've started marketing, our state-of-the-art technology goes to work matching suitable buyers to your home. But at Ocean we're great believers in the human touch, so we'll carefully register and check all applicants, to ensure that they are serious potential buyers who won't waste your time.

    Step 3 - Viewings
    Taking care to match the right people to the right property makes it much more likely that a viewing will lead to a sale. So does the fact that our enthusiastic and incredibly hard working people know exactly how to show off your home to its best advantage,

    Step 4 - Agreeing the sale
    When we receive an offer for your home, we'll liaise between you and the buyer until a price is agreed. This may include fixtures and fittings. And, at this point, we'll also be looking to agree a projected time-frame for exchange of contracts and completion of the sale.

    If you're buying a new place, we'll also contact the estate agent concerned to find out about the state of the chain.

    Step 5 - Instructing solicitors
    At this stage, we'll need your solicitor's details. It's very important for you to supply these promptly,since the transaction can't start until both buyer's and seller's solicitors have been instructed.

    Dallas Clements - Branch Manager
    Dallas has recently joined the Ocean team having successfully managed various offices for a large corporate Estate Agent in Bristol. He brings with him a wealth of experience from his 11 years within the industry, with his core values of integrity and "putting customers first in all aspects of business" he continues to drive the Filton office forward as the 1st choice for sellers and purchasers.

    Keeley has been with the team since 2010 and within her time in the office, has excelled in her role. Her main responsibilities are speaking to buyers and conducting viewings and negotiating offers.     Laura has worked for Ocean for over six years and has a lot of local knowledge and experience. Having previously worked as a negotiator and administrator for Ocean Laura's main job role now is to handle all the sales once an offer has been accepted, dealing with vendors, purchasers and solicitors, Laura's calm and friendly approach helps even the most tricky chain move smoothly through to completion.

    Richard Jarrett - Mortgage Advisor
    Richard has 14 years experience as an IFA within the mortgage industry. He prides himself on his excellent customer service and provides a clear and friendly mortgage service to all clients. Having worked for ocean for 12 years, Richard has a long list of clients who repeatedly come back to see him due to his honest and straight forward approach which helps people clearly understand what can be a confusing market. He operates a 'can-do' attitude and constantly exceeds expectations.

    Ross Kieran - Director
    Ross has worked in Estate Agency in Bristol since 1991. He joined Ocean in 1995 and has has an unrivalled knowledge of most of Bristol's property having managed the majority of Oceans offices over the years. Ross has also been instrumental in many of Bristol's residential developments. These include Airpoint, Bridge House, Paintworks, The Robinson Building and Garaways on Chantry Road in Clifton. Ross is often involved from the acquisition, inception and thru to build completion.

    Sarah Howe - Licensed Conveyancer  
    Sarah joined Ocean Property Lawyers in January 2010 as a Conveyancing Secretary in the Bishopston Office however with her substantial experience,qualifications and training in a number of well known top 500 regional law firms, she was soon promoted to a Conveyancer Lawyer. Sarah has been a qualified Chartered Legal Executive since 2004 and qualified as a Licensed Conveyancer in 2012. Sarah now works in the Bradley Stoke office as a qualified Lawyer and Manager of the Ocean Property Lawyers team in Bradley Stoke.
