    There's a lot to do once an offer has been accepted if we are going to complete on the sale

    With Ocean you'll never be left in the dark

    Your personal Move Managers will make certain you always know what's going on

    They will help, advice, and chivvy along your buyer.

    Speak to their mortgage advisor, the lenders surveyor & the independent surveyor if need be.

    They will certainly be in regular contact with your property lawyer whenenver possible (which is especially easy and productive if it's Ocean Property lawyers)

    And definitely be checking in with your buyer's conveyancer...not always an easy job, but tenacity is a job requirment.

    They will also handle the various contractors (roofers, electricians, plumbers, drain surgeons, tree surgeons etc.....) ensuring the minimal inconvenience to you and optimum expediency.

    All the while navigating the pitfalls than can scupper a sale or cause delay, advising you along the way and give you (everybody) piece of mind.

    To be honest we don't know what we'd do without our Move Managers, they're invaluable.
