Chris joined Ocean in 2002 from a telecommunications company in Bristol, it was his sales and customer service experience that lead him to estate agency. Since joining Ocean he has proved a natural with his endless enthusiasm and friendly personality. In his 10 years at the office he has built a very detailed knowledge of local property and prices.

Paul has been in the property industry for 7 years. He was poached from another agent in 2008 and has since been a great success to Ocean. He thrives on building relation-ships with his clients, focusing on what there wants/needs and meeting all of their ex-pectations. He has passed his technical award in residential property, which gives him a great knowledge of property and the house buying process.

Tom has been part of Southville team since 2010, having previously worked in retail sales. Tom is enjoying the continuously changing nature of the property industry, the non-stop pace of his role and being part of a successful team. He is mainly responsible for con-ducting viewings and is the first point of contact for potential new applicants and ven-dors. He thrives on the sale of our properties and his endeavour to learn new things will make him invaluable to the team.

Linda has been with Ocean for 14 years, during this time she has been a key member of staff with her role as contracts manager. Since having her first child Linda has come back to work fulltime in Southville. She is instrumental in dealing with clients and solicitors which brings a highly successful offer to completion rate. She progresses sales in a ma-ture and friendly manner and her knowledge of the industry is unquestionable!!

Tina has been with Ocean for 12 years. She has a lovely friendly manner and is a joy to work with. Her role entails dealing with clients when they call and walk in the office, of-fice admin, updating our window displays and details and making sure the Negotiators are all prepared for their appointments. Tina is great at what she does and gives a long lasting impression on everyone she meets.

Chris has over 16 years experience and is one of our most experienced team members having worked in all offices. Chris brings all of his knowledge and experience to the team, helping to find a suitable route through even some of the trickiest negotiations.

Luigi has 8 years experience as an IFA within the mortgage industry, he provides a friendly bespoke mortgage service to all clients and operates a 'can-do' attitude with respect to the service he provides clients and managing client expectations. Prior to working as an IFA Luigi graduated with a First Class Honours Degree in Economics.

Marise started working for Ocean Property Lawyers in 2001 as an administrator. Now, having successfully completed her CLC licensed conveyancers course, Marise has joined the Southville team and is heading up the brand new Ocean Property Lawyers depart-ment as lawyer and manager.

David started Ocean as a senior negotiator over 3 years ago. David's drive and determi-nation have seen him fast tracked to Branch Manager just within his first year of em-ployment. His forward thinking, approachable manor and genuine customer focus have been the driving force behind his success. In this tough economic climate it is important to have an agent that is innovative, energetic and optimistic. This is something that David instils within his team.
