Donna was 'born and bred' in Mullion, and attended Parc Eglos Primary School, and later at Helston Secondary School and Community College. Donna is the daughter of Billy and Christine Bosustow who are the proprietors of Flora Motors in Helston, together with Parklands Toyota of Truro and Helston, which is where her business career began. Donna is engaged to Andrew Mason a farmer's son, who is a regional business development manager for an agricultural feed company.Donna has enjoyed the estate agency business for several years, and has practised locally in Helston and Falmouth, gaining a wide knowledge of all aspects of the business. She has previously worked for a large corporate firm, together with a well-respected smaller independent firm in Falmouth, instrumental in selling and getting client's properties onto the open market. It was therefore only a matter of time that Donna's entrepreneurial skills developed further, and joined a business partnership with Steve Critchard.Donna's passion outside of work is an equestrian one! And is fortunate enough to own and show an Arabian horse, which has been shown all over the country in various events.Her top accolade was attending the UK International Show for the breed, which is attended by competitors and judges from all over the world, and winning the prestigious UK International Gelding Championship title.

Steve has previously worked for a large corporate estate agent, together with a well-respected Truro firm gaining a wealth of knowledge and experience within the property sales industry. His local understanding of the Cornish property sales business is extensive, gaining instructions and selling houses throughout the county for his clients.Steve started his career as a student studying building construction, and as a result attained professional qualifications into the Chartered Institute of Building, giving him a genuine insight into house building, materials and construction techniques. It was therefore only a matter of time before he naturally progressed into estate agency.In his mid-twenties his love of diving led him into becoming a qualified commercial deep sea inspection diver, which took him to many parts of the world including the North Sea. Whilst inspection diving, Steve attained Graduate membership into the British Institute of non-destructive testing (GInstNDT )Steve and his wife Jo, a renowned chef, owned and operated Critchards Seafood Restaurant for many years in Porthleven which achieved many accolades and also appeared on TV. They have a son Ollie, who has recently graduated with an honours degree and currently lives in Bristol.During his spare time, Steve enjoys coastal path walking, surfing and catching up with the gardening!
