    We know how busy lifesyles can be so we are pleased to be able to offer flexible viewing times to accommodate you in finding your new home.  We are open from 8.30am to 6.00pm weekdays and 9.00am to 5.00pm Saturdays.

    We have a friendly knowledgable team who are always happy to help and offer assistance in making your move go as smoothly as possible.  

    Our application fee is £100 plus vat per tenant which includes a landlord reference, an employment reference and a full credit check.

    You also pay part of your deposit upfront of £250 which will go towards your whole deposit.  This is called a holding deposit.  By paying your holding deposit we are able to cancel any future viewings on the property whilst your references are being processed.
