    Over a third of buyers told Rightmove that they were less likely to enquire about a property without a floorplan. They stated that they want to see the room layout, to see where the rooms fit in relation to other rooms and to understand the flow of the property.

    All offers on your property will be financially substantiated by either checking with the purchaser's bank/building society, or alternatively, by speaking with our financial consultants. This ensures that should you proceed with any interested parties with Palmer and Partners, you are secure in the knowledge that their position has been confirmed. As previously mentioned, we have a full-time sales progressor in each branch both with considerable experience in the business, making sure that they make your transaction as smooth as possible. Their job is to keep you fully up to date with proceedings having liased with solicitors, surveyors and the banks or building societies involved. We feel that this information is vital to a stress free move.
