    LANGUAGE MATTERS
    We say "owners" and "residents" instead of "landlords" and "tenants". Residents and owners are in different chapters of their lives, and we disagree with the implied hierarchy of 'landlord' and 'tenant'. Our approach is modern, our language should be too!

    This is why we also say "asset manager" rather than "property manager", because we want to acknowledge that it's more than just property for you.

    We work closely with our owners (what we call our landlords) to maintain and refurbish properties where necessary. We make sure that our properties are looking their best by the time they become available to new residents.

    All of our residents (what we call our tenants) have access to our Paramount Perks programme throughout their tenancy. 

    This gives you access to discounts at 700+ retailers, which include supermarkets like Sainsburys and Waitrose, home goods like ikea, clothing like H&M, subscription services like Hello Fresh, and much, much more! 

    Our residents can also enter into a monthly prize draw. Our last winner won a month's rent on us!
