Cleaning

Inventories and Gas Safety Certificates

Once the property has been viewed and term of tenancy agreed an offer can be accepted subject to references.

Then it is just a case of a holding deposit paid and then references collected. References can then be agreed by us and the landlord the contract can be signed; deposit, one monthís rent and administration charge paid. A check-in inventory can then be taken, with all utilities changed into the tenantís name. Time to move in! At end of tenancy, check-out inventory is taken.
