    The residential lettings sector is now extensive and one that is, of course, informed by the economy, local trends and supply and demand. We established our letting and property management department 30 years ago so we've not just seen the market evolve we've developed extensive experience enabling us to anticipate its fluctuations. That also means being able to give property owners and landlords the most informed guidance and advice.

    You may simply want us to find a tenant you'll then deal with direct (although we're always on hand to advise on issues or extend a lease), be looking for a rent collection facility, or require a fully managed service. Regardless of the extent and complexity, we are here to help.

    Of course we'll present your property in the best light with quality, targeted advertising and marketing but we'll also deal with all matters of administration, accompany viewings (should you wish), reference prospective tenants, prepare and process tenancy agreements, and look after financial matters such as securing deposits and, most importantly, ensuring the prompt transfer of rent straight to your bank account.

    Paul Young FNAEA - Director
    Paul has property in his blood - literally, as a third generation owner of Park Estates. He has been with the company for 30 years, learning from the "shop floor" of weekend and holiday cover to full-time trainee before running the business with his father and, for the past three decades, as a director in charge of all aspects of administration, strategy and development. He has experienced just about every market condition the sector has been through and aside from the day-to-day running of the business, remains very much involved in, and thrives on, the front line activities of dealing with potential buyers, sellers, landlords and tenants. Paul has lived in Bexley all his life and is a dedicated Chelsea FC fan.

    Lewis Coleman MNAEA Sales & Lettings Manager
    Lewis joined Park Estates in 2002 as a trainee negotiator and is now our sales and lettings manager. He combines 14 years' experience working in the sector with having lived in the Bexley borough all his life.
