    Chris joined Parkgate in 2011 having spent 20 years in the glamourous (it wasn't!) world of the diamond industry. In his time here he has gained comprehensive experience and attained qualifications in all aspects of the industry including sales, lettings, and property management. . Predominantly working in Putney (and to be honest mostly found in numerous coffee shops close to where he lives in West Putney), he is currently dealing with Parkgate' s renewal procedures and keeping abreast of the ever changing legislation involved in estate agency.

    Joining Parkgate in September 2015, James had previously came to know the local area whilst studying Psychology and Counselling at Roehampton University. Finding himself very much at home with the local pubs, proximity to the River and overall café culture of Putney James was keen to stay local after graduation. Now living in Putney, James is a keen skier and also enjoys most variations of cycling (from BMXing to tandem biking). However he enjoys most activities and is always keen to try something new. Aided by his experiences at university and ever developing interest in property, James strives to provide a friendly, knowledgeable and empathetic approach for your property whether you are selling or searching.

    Susie originally got to know the area when studying Psychology at Roehampton University; a subject perfect for understanding people and therefore stresses that come with moving. Having always had an interest in property, it was an aim of hers to get some experience in the field alongside the degree. This was achieved with Parkgate, originally in the Putney branch. Now both living and working in Richmond, Susie has been a member of the team since 2013.
