    Gill Bryant - Office Manager and Lister
    Gill has a wealth of experience having worked with Parkyns in Stowmarket for more than 40 years.  Her career began as an Office Junior, where Gill worked for a firm of solicitors based in Ipswich.  Gill then accepted a position with the local council where she worked in the local planning department before leaving to begin her career with Parkyns.  Gill has lived in Stowmarket for many years and is happily married with two grown up children.  Gill has an indepth local knowledge established from childhood and is widely recognised and respected within the local community.  She prides herself on delivering a high quality customer service to her clients and offers a unique and personal approach within her position of Branch Manager, which has seen the business going from strength to strength since she took over at the helm.  
    Gill enjoys playing tennis in her spare time, cycling, walking, retail therapy and spending time with her two young grandchildren.

    Charlotte Bidwell - Senior Negotiator
    Charlotte joined the team with 15 years experience which has been gained through both the corporate and independent sector.  Living locally herself within Stowmarket on the popular Cedars Park development Charlotte has a depth of local knowledge which assists her in her role within the office.  Her strengths lie in negotiating sales and sales chasing.  Charlotte has a great rapour with her clients and local solicitors and is committed to providing the very highest level of customer care to her vendors and applicants.  In her personal life Charlotte enjoys a busy home life where she enjoys entertaining friends and family.  She lives with her two young children and her partner where their combined brood enjoy family walks with their two dogs, visiting the cinema and bowling to name but a few.

    Joy Smith - Sales Secretary
    Joy has been working within estate agency for almost ten years and has a wealth of knowledge which is highly valued by both the team and clients alike.  Her main focus within the office is to oversee the day to day administration which involves Joy preparing clients property details, liasing with outside agencies, booking viewings and preparing properties to be featured within local advertising and on the internet.  
    An experienced member of the team Joy ensures the office operates smoothly and her organisational skills are paramount in ensuring Parkyns continue to be proactive in their dynamic approach to marketing.
    Joy and her husband Iain have a keen interest in interior design, renovating period furniture and enjoy spending time in their garden.  Joy takes huge pride in her own home and regularly entertaining friends and family.
