Parsons Son & Basley was established in 1825 and is one of the oldest independent firms of Chartered Surveyors, Valuers, Auctioneers and Estate Agents in Sussex.
Our Bognor Regis office was established in 2004 and Head Office is located in the city centre of Brighton along the South Coast. We also have offices in Chichester and Hastings, covering the whole of East and West Sussex and surrounding counties, from Bournemouth in the West to Worthing in the East.
Our Bognor Regis office is conveniently situated close to the very heart of the town in Lennox Street and offers a wide range of services under one roof enabling us to provide an efficient and streamlined service to our Landlords and Tenants. Parsons Son & Basley has grown from strength to strength since opening in Bognor Regis in May 2004. In November 2004 we re-located to a larger office and have since twice expanded further into adjoining office space to enable us to accommodate additional staff to ensure that our high level of customer care is maintained.
Our dedicated lettings team has approximately 72 years lettings experience between them at all levels and they are prepared to invest both the time and effort in order to provide the best possible personal service to both Landlords and Tenants.
The lettings team is supported by an in house Property Management department which is responsible for looking after the properties on which we have been instructed to act in a Full Management capacity and which is committed to ensuring the smooth management of tenancies. We also have an in house client account department to ensure a smooth and efficient service with regard to receiving and processing payments. Having all of these services under one roof means that all departments can work closely alongside each other to provide the most efficient and trouble free service possible.
We are proud to be members of the Association of Residential Letting Agents, the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and The Property Ombudsman Scheme (Lettings) and we take our membership very seriously. This ensures that our clients receive a competent and consistent level of service which is answerable to standard guidelines and a complaints procedure. Client Money Protection, which protects Landlord and Tenant funds against misappropriation is a further significant benefit.
