    No Hidden Charges!
    We have a simple application process.  There is an application fee when applying for a property.  We require no further payment until references are acceptable and then we ask you for the damage deposit plus the first month's rent advance therefore no hidden charges.

    Damage Deposit
    Your damage deposit will be protected with the Deposit Protection Service (DPS) within 30 days of receiving the funds.  This will ensure that your deposit is protected until the end of the tenancy.  Should there be any discrepancy with the property at the end of the tenancy compared to the inventory, the DPS offer a full arbitration service.

    The landlord will ensure the building but any possessions that you take into the property will be your responsibility to ensure, if you wish to.  Our referencing company or our independent advisor can offer you quotations for this at any time.

    I established Parsons & Co, having been Managing Partner of the former Potter & Co. I am Dereham's most experienced estate agent, having traded in the town since 1980. Well known in my youth as a top class rally driver having won dozens of trophies, I still enjoy participating in my spare time.

    I am still active in valuing property as I enjoy the cut and thrust of negotiating and takes great pride in delivering a wonderful service and training the younger members of my team. I have dealt with thousands of houses for sale in Dereham and Reepham.

    I have been working with the company since July 2007 and in that time the market has changed completely. This has provided opportunities for me to learn all aspects of the business.     Since March 2013 I have managed the lettings department and with the support of my colleagues we have expanded the department with growing success.
