On the sales side, Partner Chris Yeomans has many years of local estate agency experience which made him the perfect candidate to take over from the retiring Partner Ian Baillie in the spring of 2013. Ian achieved a formidable track record having spent over forty years working in the village and still remains an active consultant of the firm. Chris continues to build upon this solid foundation with his team which is both enthusiastic and knowledgeable. Chris is supported by his Manager, Charlotte Ward, Senior Negotiator SarahJane Marchant and Secretary, Jan Nicholas.
Bookham still retains a village atmosphere with an excellent range of shops in the High Street and Church Road whilst sporting pastimes are well catered for locally including a number of golf clubs and the Leatherhead Leisure Centre.
