PHP is a partnership between husband and wife team Andrew and Rachel Turner. The business is based at the foot of Pendle Hill in the village of Sabden hence the name of Pendle Hill Properties. They both have many years experience in running Financial services and retail businesses and have now combined their forces to provide a new bespoke estate agents specifically aimed at properties in local area.
