Petty Son & Prestwich are pleased to announce the re-opening of their Wanstead office as of 1st November under new management, offering services in Sales, Lettings, Property Management, Finance and a long-established Survey Department. What makes this so special is that 2008 marks the centenary year of the company.
The company was founded in 1908 by local builder, C. Petty. Over the years, the company has built up an unparalleled reputation in East London and suburban Essex as Independent Estate Agents, Valuers and Chartered Surveyors. Petty Son & Prestwich’s Wanstead office has survived until recently, earning the company the accolade of one of the oldest established Surveying and Estate Agency companies in East London.
New Director, John Wagstaff has accumulated over 15 years experience in the industry, successfully managing Estate Agencies in various locations, including Wanstead for many years. He believes that his expertise, passion and, above all genuine love for the local community, combined with a return to the old-fashioned values of trustworthiness, reliability, commitment and duty of care is exactly what prospective clients are looking for in the current uncertain market. For John, it is not just about the sale, but re-establishing the companies reputation in the area, as well as helping to maintain a sense of community in the heart of Wanstead.
