  We have recently sold our house through Philip Banister and co and have been very happy with the level of service from start to finish. From the photo's being taken and the board going up we were kept up to date with what was going on through the whole process. Our dealings with the office in Elloughton were always a pleasant experience, regardless of who was on duty and the service had a great personal edge. We were kept informed of progress and developments ongoing, sometimes getting updates from Bannisters before our solicitors! Sadly our house purchase fell through, due to the vendors changing their minds, and Phil & the team managed to find us a rental property that met our needs and was available for when we needed it. Again, as with the sale, the service on the rental has been great and the few minor problems that have occurred in the rental have been dealt with promptly and efficiently.
