    In 1998, after a family member had a particularly bad experience with an estate agent, Perry Power dreamed of creating the ultimate estate agency. In 2014, powerbespoke was born to fix, what he felt, was a broken estate agency industry and given that recent statistics have shown that 79% of the UK population don't trust estate agents, there is clearly demand for a better way.

    There is absolutely no reason for an estate agent to insist that you commit to a sole agent contract for a period of time - we've even heard of some agencies demanding 20 weeks! If they do, they have either been dishonest with you or they aren't very confident in their ability.
