    I have been in the industry for 10 years, my whole life I have been in a customer service role such as cabin crew, hotel and bar management and pride myself on first class customer service. I love estate agency as is not just an office job, I am interacting with lots of people every day and am able to deliver that personal touch, which I feel is lacking in most professions these days with modern technology etc.
    We here at Princeton's are helping people achieve their dreams, there's nothing like handing over a set of keys to new owners and sharing the wonderful moment/experience with them. Having come from 'senior management' in the corporate field of estate agency I have found it very refreshing to join an independent company such as Princetons. Our main  focus is on customer satisfaction and delivering an excellent customer service to all that cross our pathway.
