    Susan Cope - Managing Director

    Susan was one of the original members of staff when the company first opened in Derby. In 2000 she became the Managing Director and in 2007 bought the company with husband, Daren. Susan has over 15 years of lettings experience.

    Daren has a financial and accountancy background and has been involved in letting and estate agency businesses since 1991. In 2007, he bought the company with wife, Susan. He also oversees the companys advertising and marketing.

    David Mason - Senior Lettings Valuer

    David was appointed in 2004 when our Burton on Trent branch was opened. His excellent area knowledge and expertise have been instrumental in the success of the branch. David is an expert in his field which is essential when appraising rental valuations.

    Jane is the lettings manager based at the Burton on Trent branch. Her enthusiasm and desire to be the best has strengthened the Burton team enormously. Although only appointed in August 2011, Jane already has a wealth of knowledge essential to the business.

    Kim is our full time lettings negotiator based in the office. Kim joined us in 2008 and is a very organised team member. She has a wealth of knowledge and knows the letting process in every detail.
