  Property Eagle were recommended to me by my partner who had used them before for a house sale, I was dubious about using an online agent but I am so glad that I did. From start to finish the service that I have received selling my house has been excellent.   really goes above and beyond for customer service

  My shared ownership property has been on the market and Charlotte has gone out of her way to really help me and has taken the time to talk me through some issues and concerns I've had along the way. I sent an email late last night about a major concern flagged by my solicitor and Charlotte took the time to call me first thing this morning and put my mind at ease by explaining the process to me, she also then liased with my HA to further assist me and we now have full clarification. When I had bad news last year regarding an offer, Charlotte was very empathetic and talked me through the situation on the phone, whereas I feel some people might just send an email, she really goes above and beyond for customer service.All too often people only share negative feedback but I wanted to say a big thank you to Charlotte- your kindness and knowledge is very much appreciated!
